Love-Hate Relationship: TRAVEL ✈️

Flying and I? We’re like kids and broccoli:
You know you gotta do it.
You really don’t wanna.
But in the end, you’re glad you did.

Early in my travels, I avoided planes like the plague. If I could take a train or a car, I did – which only made my fear of flying worse.
Maybe you know the feeling: your stomach does cartwheels, your palms sweat like you’re holding a melting ice cream, and you’re convinced every bump is the plane’s final breath.

But one day I decided to turn flying into a game. I’d pop in my noise-canceling earbuds, always play the same song right before takeoff like a ritual, close my eyes, and wait until we were high above the clouds.

And once we were cruising, three things kept me sane:
✨ My Kindle
🎧 My noise-canceling earbuds
📝 And writing every terrified thought into my Apple Notes.

I’d sit there typing away, dumping every fear from my head onto the screen. And slowly, I realized my anxiety was completely ridiculous – like I was scaring myself with my own imagination. The more I wrote, the more I saw how silly it was, and I felt freer every time.

Now for the exciting news!
